I've lost my driver license. How do I obtain a duplicate? |

If your driver's license has been lost or stolen, you must apply for a duplicate. The fee for the First Duplicate is $6.00 and for a second or subsequent duplicate, the fee is $11.00. You must show acceptable forms of identification at the time of application. (See previous information concerning acceptable documents.) or you may go on line for a duplicate, however, if there are changes you must still go to a driver license station to make those changes.
