If I'm a full time Out of State College Student how do I renew or replace my Mississippi Driver License? |

Any person that is a Full Time Out of State Student, holding a valid license may renew or replace their Mississippi Driver License by mailing a self addressed stamped envelope to:
Mississippi Highway Patrol Driver Services
Post Office Box 958
Jackson, Mississippi 39205
with the following information:
- $21.00 cashier's check or money order for a four-year license or $6.00 for a replacement license
- Include Social Security Number
- Include a copy of School I.D. Card
- Include a copy of Mississippi Driver License
- Include a Notarized Letter on School Letterhead stating you are a Full Time Student
- Include a $1.00 late fee if license has already expired
