Starting January 30, 2012 CDL holders will be required to provide a valid Medical Certification to your State Driver License Agency (SDLA) to be recorded on your driving record.
Current Valid Medical Cards will be accepted until January 30, 2014. After this date Medical Card must be within 15 days of issue or it will not be accepted.
