The East Mississippi Regional Laboratory, established in 1988, is located at 2119C Highway 19 North in Meridian, MS, and provides forensic assistance to law enforcement agencies in east central and northern Mississippi. In addition to being an evidence delivery hub for the Main Laboratory in Jackson, this facility is accredited by the American Society of Crime Laboratory Directors/Laboratory Accreditation Board in the following forensic service areas:
